FREE SHIPPING OFFER LIMITATIONS
Omniglow is happy to provide free shipping on orders over $34.99 by non-expedited ground or USPS (Our Discretion) to shipping addresses within the continental United States with certain limitations. Omniglow reserves the right to limit the offer to exclude select deep discount items and items of excessive size, weight, or bulk. We also reserve the right to exclude additional items at any time. An example of an excluded item would be any of our Glow Necklaces priced at $0.18/per necklace or below. We do our best to satisfy our customers, and appreciate your understanding.
SHIPPING
All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping quote will be offered during the checkout process.
We ship via USPS Parcel Post, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Early AM (all where available). We do not ship UPS to P.O.Box addresses.
Orders placed before 1p.m. (EST, MON-FRI) will be processed the same day. If you place your order after 1p.m. (EST) or on weekends (SAT-SUN), it will be processed the next business day. Please note, when choosing our UPS 3 Day Select option the shipping time typically begins the day following processing. For example, orders placed by 5 pm Monday should be received by the following Friday. The day of pickup does not count towards the three day shipping window. It is our goal to ship your order within 5 business days of its receipt. All orders ship out of our warehouse and fulfillment center in Brownsville, Texas. Orders for delivery in Hawaii by USPS may experience a delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks. We recommend our customers in Hawaii choose an expedited service if items are required for a specific event.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All applicable duties, taxes, import brokerage fees, and any additional expenses required for international customers to take receipt of purchased and shipped product/s are solely the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Internet images and descriptions may not always accurately reflect the color, style, packaging or size of a particular product. Authorized refunds will be subject to the following charges: a 25% restocking fee, the original shipping charges, and charges for any product not returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please inspect all received goods upon receipt. Damaged item, incorrect item, or order discrepency claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds will be made to the original payment method only. No returns will be accepted past 14 days from delivery. If you return an item to which a discount or coupon was applied, you can only receive a refund for the invoiced amount. Item(s) should be packed in original sealed packaging as delivered. You will receive the refund within 7 business days after the item(s) are received at our return center and inspected.

If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you can pick out any other item of the same value.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
All items sold in our Omniglow.com Clearance section are sold as is, and all sales are final.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs.
If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay.
If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refund issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refund will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s)).
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept PayPal® and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). All credit card orders are subject to final verification and approval. Each order will be security checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. Most orders will be approved instantly; however, it may take 1-5 working days, depending on the payment type and data provided. If paying by PayPal ECheck, orders will not process until the eCheck has cleared, this can take from 1-5 days. We will confirm the availability of your order the same day if it is placed before 1p.m. (EST) and the next business day if placed after 1p.m.(EST). All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the funds are received from buyer's financial institution. You will be notified via email in regards to your approval and shipment.
PREPAYMENT POLICY
All orders must be prepaid.
There will be no additional surcharge for your credit card purchase. Please, be sure to provide all of your information correctly, otherwise, it could lead to a delay or a cancellation.
